Welcome! After years of cake decorating, I have embarked on a new journey that allows me to share my cake experience with others as an Instructor for Wilton. I truly believe in the Wilton Method of Cake Decorating.

Through the courses that Wilton has designed, you will receive the tools, training, and techniques you need to get started in the world of confectionary creations. After just four classes, you will make a beautiful cake, complete with smooth buttercream icing, shell borders, and roses - yes! I did say roses!
